About Sendibl
Sendibl is built and operated by KosWebDev, an independent software studio run by Michael Koster. It started the way most developer tools do: we were running a dozen apps that all needed to send email, and every option was either a raw cloud primitive that demanded ceremony or a platform that locked features behind tiers.
So we built the thing we wanted: a clean REST API and SMTP relay on top of Amazon SES— infrastructure that delivers a meaningful share of the world's legitimate email — with the developer experience handled: verified domains with one-click Cloudflare DNS setup, signed webhooks, open/click tracking, templates, broadcasts, and inbound receiving. We publish how it works instead of pretending the plumbing is magic.
One design decision matters more than the rest: Sendibl's sending API is shape-compatible with Resend's. The official Resend SDKs work against Sendibl with a base-URL override, which means trying us costs two environment variables — and leaving us costs the same. We'd rather keep customers with the product than with switching costs.
Sendibl runs itself on Sendibl — password resets, team invitations, and our own notifications all go through the same API you use.
