Terms of Service

Effective July 30, 2026

These terms govern your use of Sendibl (“the service”). By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: support@sendibl.com.

1. The service

Sendibl provides email sending and receiving over a REST API, SMTP, and a dashboard — including domains, templates, audiences, broadcasts, webhooks, and analytics. We may add, change, or retire features; we won't materially reduce what a paid plan includes mid-billing-cycle.

2. Your account

You're responsible for activity under your account and API keys — keep keys secret and rotate any you believe are exposed. You must provide accurate account information and be legally able to enter this agreement.

3. Acceptable use — the important part

Sendibl exists for legitimate transactional and permission-based marketing email. You must not use it to send spam or unsolicited bulk email; you must have consent (or another lawful basis) for every recipient, honor unsubscribes and our suppression system, and identify yourself truthfully as the sender. You must comply with applicable law (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL) and must not send unlawful, deceptive, or malicious content (phishing, malware, fraud). We monitor bounce and complaint rates to protect deliverability for everyone; sustained abuse — or bounce/complaint rates consistent with purchased or scraped lists — may lead to sending limits, suspension, or termination. We'll warn first when it's reasonable to do so.

4. Plans, billing, and overage

Plans and included volumes are listed on the pricing page. Paid plans renew monthly via Stripe until canceled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. Paid plans may send past their included volume up to a stated ceiling, with overage billed per 1,000 emails on the next invoice at the published rates. The Free plan stops at its included volume. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the content and recipient data you send through Sendibl. You grant us the limited license needed to process, transmit, and store it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep Sendibl reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including uninterrupted availability or guaranteed inbox placement — email delivery ultimately depends on receiving providers we don't control.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sendibl's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable. On closure we delete your data on the schedule described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced with a new effective date, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance. Contact: support@sendibl.com.
