Pricing questions

What happens when I hit my monthly limit?

On the Free plan, sending pauses until your next cycle. On Pro and Scale, sending continues past the cap and the extra volume is billed per 1,000 emails on your next invoice — $1.20/1,000 on Pro, $1.00/1,000 on Scale — with a hard ceiling at 2× your plan's included volume so a runaway script can't run away with your bill.

Are any features locked to higher plans?

No. SMTP, inbound receiving, webhooks, broadcasts, segments, and templates all work on every plan, including Free. Plans differ by sending volume, log retention (7, 30, or 90 days), and support level — not by features.

Do unused emails roll over?

No — the included volume resets each billing cycle.

Can I cancel or change plans anytime?

Yes. Plans are month-to-month through Stripe. Upgrades take effect immediately; if you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the paid period.

How long are email logs kept?

7 days on Free, 30 days on Pro, and 90 days on Scale. You can export logs to CSV from the dashboard at any time before they age out.
